普段は主に音楽スタジオ運営でレコーディング用に
使用している防音ルーム付き物件ですが、その用途以外にはあまり使用していないため、住んでいただける方を募集しています。
現在女性1名が入居中ですが、今月末には退去予定となっており、再度募集に至りました。
今後もできれば綺麗に使っていただける女性の方限定で

特に音楽活動をされている方、音楽好きの方でしたら最適の環境です。
(家電はもちろん、レコーディング・音響機材一式使い放題です)
インターネット環境もありそのまま使っていただけますので、
単身で入居でき、面倒な手続きや初期費用も一切必要ありません。
また、可能な限り長く住んでいただける方を希望いたします。
