山陽電鉄本線の山陽曽根駅から徒歩3分のところにあります。通勤、通学に便利かなと思われます!
洋室の5.5帖が空いていて、南向きなので日当たりは抜群です!(*´ω`)
周りは住宅街で近くにそれほど施設は充実していませんが、自転車を貸し出しますのでそちらでお出かけしてもらったらなと思っています!
基本的には月額の折半家賃から光熱費と雑費を足して合計34,000円になりますのでご注意ください。
食事も欲しいという方は言っていただけたら作ろうと思います(+18,000円)
短期間の方でも日割り計算しますので大丈夫ですよ!一度お試し感覚でも!
