和光市駅徒歩10分の一軒家に妻と2人で住んでいます。
1Fの一部屋お貸ししたいと考えてます。(1Fもう一部屋ありまして、既にお一人住んでます。)
リビングが2F、夫婦の寝室は3Fですので、ある程度プライベートは確保できると思います。

・シングルベッド、机、椅子、鏡、エアコン付
・有線無線LAN有り
・PS4が1台余ってるのでゲームしたい人歓迎(Apex好き大歓迎)
・31.5インチのPCモニターを用意するつもりですが、テレビがいい人はテレビ用意します
・アマプラ、Netflix見れます
・各部屋のティッシュ以外の日用品、アメニティ利用可
・乾燥機付洗濯機または浴室乾燥機利用可
・韓国美容パック、美顔器あります
・入居決まったらドライヤーも女性が喜ぶやつを買おうかと思ってます。
