Hello, Our flat is a share house which has 5 rooms(one of the rooms is available for rent)
You can have a private room but the kitchen,toilet,bathroom,and living room are shared with other flat mates. Your room has a single bed and a table. Currently British, Italian, Chinese ,Taiwanese , Japanese tenants are living here like a family. Each tenant is working full time so evening are no noise is made after midnight.
Our share house information:
・Room Type: private room
・Furniture: Fully Furnished
・Monthly Rent: 53000 yen including utilities.
(Water/electricity/gas/Internet-wifi)
・Room Size: 6 tatami mat size but with wood flooring
・Walking distance from Station: 5 minutes from 5 exit at Daikokuchou station
・Nearest Stations: Daikokuchou or JR Imamiya
・Lease: 3 month contract. So have to stay at least three months with one months deposit before hand and will return when moving out.
・Other: one shower and one toilet- separate rooms. Washer and dryer are also included.
