It is a 13-minute walk to “Kotakemukaihara” on Fukutoshin/Yurakucho-line, 10 minutes to "Tokiwadai" on Tobu Tojo Line.
Convenient access to Toei Mita line "Itabashi Honcho", JR "Koenji", "Akabane" and "Oji" by bus.

The house is located in a quiet/safe residential area with local supermarkets 3 minutes away, 2 minutes to convenience store. Warm hearted shopping district - Oyama Happy Road shopping street - is within walking distance!
Large park with tennis courts, a gym, all-season indoor swimming pool, running course, is nearby, making this an ideal house for active people.
■ Features of the property
Grand opening in April. Bilingual owner will be attending to the house while on business trips to Tokyo. (I am quite friendly and open to suggestions to improve the house!)
The house is fully equipped with dishwasher, floor heating, bathroom drying, bidet, etc.
You will sure to love the large 35 m2 living / dining area with an open kitchen.
Room (102): 5.5 tatami room + closet 42,000 yen (with bed)
Room (201): 6 tatami room + Loft + closest 55,000 yen (with bed)
Shared facilities: refrigerator, TV, washer / dryer, microwave oven, rice cooker, sofa, dining set, bicycle parking, parking space (1), motorcycle parking, wireless WiFi
Private room facilities: lighting, air conditioner, curtains, bed (in some rooms)
