If you need any help or have questions, staff speaking English and live at the share house and can be contacted anytime!
Necessary items are included shampoo, body soaps, laundry powder and toilet paper so easy to save money!!
We have 2 common area spaces where you can hang out; You can enjoy playing table tennis/billiards/darts!
We have parties/events often which are great opportunities to meet friends from all over the world and learn about each others cultures!
Rent is comprised of room rate plus utilities ¥10,000 / a month.
Utilities charge includes electricity and water consumption, Wi-Fi.
A refundable deposit of ¥20,000 is required on move-in which is refundable (minus ¥5,000 a cleaning fee) after staying 3 months or more.
The share house has a variety of rooms:
male/female 2 people shared room :¥25,000
female share room : ¥29,000
Private rooms:¥31,000 ~ ¥45,000 (depend on the floor)

Silver course = 1 training session with a Personal Trainer per week
