長野県青木村にある大きな古民家シェアハウスです。
光熱費込み2.5万です。
家賃以外に費用はかかりません。
月途中からの入居の場合、日割りになります。
築45年ほどの古民家で、かなり広く趣があります。
現在入居者は一名だけです。
二階部分の2部屋利用可能で25000円です。
お風呂はありますが、すぐ近くに200円ほどの温泉が多数ありますので私含め近所の方は大体そこを利用しています。
バス停は近くにありますので、車は必須ではありませんが、ある方が良いです。
お風呂を使用する場合灯油ボイラーなので灯油はご自身でご用意ください。
畑も利用できます。農機具は一式あります。
家具の持ち込み可能です。
青木村は日本一移住したい村に選ばれたこともある人気の村です。
上田市まで車だと20分程なので便利です。
