不在にしている海老名駅近マンションを借りてくれる方を探しています。
間取りは2LDKですが、1部屋は荷物を置いたままになるので使えるのは1LDK部分です。今置いてある家具家電をそのまま使っていただける方になります。内装、家具家電は新しいので綺麗です。喫煙、ペットは不可です。
小田急、相鉄、相模線の海老名駅です。駅まで徒歩10分。自宅周辺はコンビニ、イオン、ビナウォーク、ららぽーと、丸井、ダイエーなど全て徒歩圏内で都心まで出なくても全て揃っています。駐車場はありませんが、マンションの駐輪場は使用可能です。
ひと月に一度戻った際に同居になる可能性もありますが、その辺りは応相談可能です。
掃除ができる方、収入がある方、身元証明が可能な方連絡お待ちしています。家賃は光熱費込みで55000円です。
