現在30代女性1名、30代男性1名、オーナー(男性)で入居中です。(R4.8月現在)
この度和室に入居されていた方が退室されましたので再募集いたします。
場所は東大阪市で最寄り駅より徒歩7分、大阪難波まで約23分、大阪梅田まで約40分のアクセスです。
閑静な住宅街でマンションから大阪が一望できますよ(^^)。
募集のお部屋は和室6畳(月/2万円・即入居可)のお部屋です。
生活に必要なものは揃ってますので手荷物1つで入居可です。
今回は入居中の女性の希望により、女性の方の募集とさせていただきます。
