駅近にはスーパーやドラックストア、コンビニ、病院、飲食店等あり生活には不便しません。
【家賃】
月:1,000円(光熱費込み)

①住居の提供
②水道ガス電気などの光熱水費
③超高速WiFi完備
④食事提供(平日の夕食のみ提供)
【条件】
①最低でも2年間お住まいになられる方
→2年経って退去される際には必ず半年前までに申告が必要。
②応募者が男性の方のみ(男性シェアハウスのため)
③確実に毎日8:00まで在宅でいらっしゃる方。
④1日15分～30分の簡単な事務作業発生することがあります。(毎日ではないです)
⑤夜に基本的に在宅でいらっしゃる方。
→特に21時以降在宅できる方。
⑥入居前に一度ZoomやMeetなどでお話しさせてください。
