We are looking for tenants for the 8 tatami room in a Western-style detached house in Shimookada, Okada, Matsumoto City, which has become vacant.
The owner lives in another prefecture, so you can spend your time freely without hesitation.
A bus stop, a large supermarket, and a freshly baked bakery are about a 5-minute walk away.
There are several hot springs and sightseeing spots in the neighborhood of the property, but if you are within walking distance, there is a forest park called Alps Park and Asama Onsen in about 20 minutes.
The area around the property is a residential area, but it has a peaceful atmosphere with apple orchards, rice fields, and streams.
Grapes, kiwis, cherries, persimmons, figs, etc. grow in the garden of the share house, so feel free to eat them.
You can cultivate the garden however you like.
We will do our best to meet the needs of our residents and create a comfortable living environment.
