当方栃木県那須塩原市の黒磯あたりに2DKのアパートを借りておりますが、一部屋まるまる余らせております(6畳)。
なので、楽しく暮らせるルームメイトを募集しています！
車は必須になりますが、車さえあれば生活に不自由はしない街だと思います。
温泉やキャンプ場が至る所にあり、個人的には気に入っている街です。
家賃が折半で17,000円、水道光熱費とWifi代が折半でおおよそ6,000円ほど。
ペット可なので、1匹でしたらペットも連れてきて大丈夫です。
ただ、猫を飼っていますので、小動物や鳥はご遠慮ください。
料理が趣味なので、簡単なものでよければ食費分だけで作ります。
