We share a 2 story house with 4 rooms(2 upstairs, 2 down)
All of us a professinal except one child (9yrs)
The first floor room will be available from the end of August.
The room is a little smaller than 6mat but with large wardrobe.
We share a kitchen, a bath, and two toilets.
There is also a garden with SAKURA tree, which is a luxury living in Tokyo.
You can move in with a security deposit of 50,000 yen and advance rent.
Internet, utilities are all included
Nakano is developing rapidly that within a few years, you do not need to go to Shibuya or Shinjyuku.
House is pet friendly as long as registered and educated not to bark or meow too much.
