新築の戸建ですが今1人で住んでます。
勿体無いのでルームメイト探したいです。

間取りは3ldkで今一階の部屋と３階の一つの部屋空いてます。部屋は収納タンス含めると5.5畳以上あります。

家電は全部新品でそこそこいいもの買ってます。
洗濯機は乾燥機能付きで12kgまで洗濯可能。

各共用スペースには監視カメラついて、セキュリティ面も安心できます。
川崎駅までのバスが結構の本数で通っているので、普段川崎駅まで15分以内で行けます。

家賃は相談可能です。
