There are the following conditions to become a share member.
・ There is an age limit to facilitate communication in the community.
(From 18 to 35 years old)
・ Once a week, we hold a share meeting to discuss house rules and make ties between residents.
・ Please cooperate with the members such as cleaning and taking out trash.
・ Monthly expenses are 28,000 yen for rent + 2000 yen for air conditioner repair and reserve.
It will be 33000 yen in total.
・ Payment will be made by bank transfer.
・ When you move in, an administrative fee of 3300 yen + a deposit fee of 20000 yen will be charged separately.
・ The deposit fee will be returned in full when you leave the room.
