22歳、25歳の男性2名、女性1人でシェアハウスをしておりましたが、2023年10月に2人は新しい就職で引っ越す事が決まったので、新たなルームメイトを募集しております。
良識のある方・協調性のある方・清潔感のある方であること、年齢は20歳以上28歳以内で募集させていただきます。
二階建て一軒家で現在二階の2部屋(和室6.75帖・収納・バルコニー付き)と(和室4.5帖・洋室3帖・収納)が空室になる予定となっております。
共有スペースとしてキッチン(8帖)があり、フロ・トイレ別となっております。
周りに隣接する家がないため、楽器演奏なども可能な環境であります。(大家さんからも了承いただいております。)
最寄駅から徒歩6分、近隣にコンビニ、スーパーもあります。
