The initial costs include rent, utilities, and a deposit, and utilities are set at a flat rate of 12,000 yen for everyone.
This includes utilities, Wi-Fi, and everyday items.
The deposit will be used for cleaning when you move out.
We deposit 30,000 yen for the first month only and half of it will be refunded after you move out.
Occasionally, if I feel like it, I get a meal.
That's the kind of place it is, but why not come and visit us once?
It's an old house and there are quite a few things, but we clean it thoroughly.
