The cost of daily necessities is not included in the rent.

The Shared residence is less than 3 minutes walk to KiyomizuGojyo and 30 minutes walk Kyoto station.
*If you lose or duplicate the key, it costs 30,000 yen to exchange.
For the safety of all residents, please don't lose it.
*If you leave stains on the bedding that cannot be removed, you will be charged up to 16,000 yen when you move out.
