Rent and conditions
• Rent: 40,000 yen (20 days, utilities included)
15 days - 2500 yen per night (utilities included)
10 days - 3000 yen per night (utilities included)

• Deposit: 10,000 yen (if there are no problems when you move out, the full amount will be refunded, but some of the money may be deducted depending on the amount of utility bills used).

• Note: This is a private home and everything you need for daily life is provided.
We are prioritizing those who can move in now and stay for 20-25 days, but shorter stays are also possible.
Please try to use the service in units of one week or ten days if possible.
A five day minimum is possible, however priority will be given to those willing to stay for the longest period.
