The landlord has a separate residence, so generally there is no landlord present in the share house.
It's conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the nearest station (4 stops to Kansai Airport).

The house is 40 years old, but it was renovated in 2024, so the rooms are brand new (the entrance has an auto-lock with a card key).

There are three rooms on the second floor, so a maximum of three people can live there (currently only one of the three rooms is available).
The landlord will be in charge of cleaning the common areas once a week, so there is no need for tenants to take turns cleaning.

Consumable items such as detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are always provided at the landlord's expense, so please feel free to use them if you don't have any preference for the brand.
There is a bed (with mattress) in the room, but please bring your own sheets, comforter, and pillow.

Amazon Prime Video and Disney Plus are available on the living room TV.
Depending on the size of the room, rent varies from 40,000 to 45,000 yen.
You will be required to pay the actual cost of water, electricity and gas separately, but 30% of this will be covered by the landlord (the landlord's maximum burden is 5,000 yen).
If there are three occupants, the remaining landlord's share will be divided into three equal parts.
