期間は4月〜。1週間など短期的な貸し出しも可。最長8月末。

あまり傷つけないように使用しているため、綺麗です。家具はホワイト基調のシンプルな部屋です。
設備も良いと思います。お風呂は賃貸にしては大きめです。

どこに行くにも非常に便利です。

周辺は非常に静かです。高級住宅街に囲まれたエリアに位置する閑静な住環境です。また、玉川浄水緑道のすぐそばで、小さな自然を感じることが出来ます。
商店街やショッピングビルが近く、生活に全く困らないエリアです。コンビニも徒歩圏内に４つあります。
スーパーも駅の周りに３つあり。

角部屋で南東・南西２採光のため、日当たりも良く
他の部屋の音が聞こえてくることもほぼありません。
