二世帯住宅一軒家の2階個室すべてお貸しします。
広さは6畳と4.5畳の2部屋をぶち抜いて1部屋にしているのでかなり広いです。
（個室なのでプライベートは守られます）
玄関と風呂、ベランダは共同ですが、トイレとキッチンは別々です。
築年数がかなり古いのでDIYなどご自由に模様替えOKです。
無線LAN(Wi-Fi)有りますのでパソコン・スマホ自由に使えます。
ガスコンロ・エアコン・押し入れ収納有。
最寄駅は東新宿、新宿三丁目、曙橋、若松河田(徒歩6-8分ほど)
ただし、2階ベランダに洗濯機があるため、
月2‐3回、2階を通らせてください。
敷金、礼金、更新料はありませんが
電気・ガス・水道・Wi-Fi・保険・管理費が前払い
お米等が無料で手に入るので食費が抑えられます。
生活保護受給者OK
