This property is located in Shibusawa, Hadano City, surrounded by mountains and greenery, in a natural setting with drinkable spring water right in front of the house.
The first floor is the owner's workspace, kitchen, living room and bathroom, and the second floor is the living space.
The owner's family consists of a couple and one child (10 years old).
The owner's family also lives there.
There are three other rooms available for occupancy.

This time, we are only recruiting female applicants.

We charge 15,000 yen per person per month.
You are free to use the common areas, including cooking utensils, tableware, refrigerators, washing machines, etc.
The nearest bus stop is just 30 seconds away!
The bus ride from the station takes about eight minutes, but there is only one bus per hour, so we recommend using a car, motorbike or bicycle.
(It takes about 25 minutes on foot.

Hadano City is home to famous mountain climbing spots such as Mt. Tonodake and Mt. Nabewari, as well as Ybitsu Pass, which is popular among road racers.
It takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes to get from the nearest Shibusawa Station to Shinjuku on the Odakyu Line, making it possible to live in the countryside very close to the city center.
It can also be used as a simulation for those considering moving to rural areas for weekend use, etc.
