15 minutes walk from Sakuradai Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line

Room: Living room/kitchen area of 1LK
Roommates: 1 woman in her 30s (living in a private room)

conditions:
・Female (landlord's preference)
・who can follow the basic rules of room sharing
・who have no late payments

・who can leave the room when the landlord stays several times a month
・who can leave the room 2-3 times a month when my partner comes to stay
(The latter will be paid 1000 yen/day)

I'm offering a discount due to multiple conditions.
If you can help with housework or cleaning the common areas, you could let me know it within your limits.

I basically stay in a private room and don't make any noise.
