All rooms are furnished with furniture and appliances, so you can move in with just one piece of luggage.
All rent includes utilities, common area fees, and Wi-Fi.
Aside from rent, we only require a one month security deposit.
We do not charge any unclear fees such as security deposits, key money, amortization of security deposits, guarantor company fees, key replacement fees, cleaning fees, administrative fees, fire insurance, etc.
In addition, all rooms are women-only, so you can live with peace of mind.

If you take the special rapid train, you can get to Osaka in just 30 minutes.
