There are really nice rooms available in a 4 bedroom apartment in Sangenjyaya. With a Japanese lady, a Vietnamese lady, an American guy and a British guy.
The Japanese lady will move out in October so we will need another flatmate. The available room is 4-tatami sized wooden-floor room(49000), which has a North-faced terrace with great view.
It is a furnished apartment with shared kitchen and bathroom. There is a fridge/freezer, microwave etc. in the kitchen. there is also a washing/dryer machine.
Broadband internet connection is included in the rent. There is a fixed utility payment of 6000 yen per month on top of that.
The deposit is one month rent. It has a great location, 4 minutes from Shibuya and is only about 7 minutes from the station.
One final note: it's a non-smoking apartment.
