中野にある古民家で同居人を募集しています。広い庭があり、天気の良い日はバーベキューができます。庭には豊かな梅の木があり、毎年自家製の梅酒を作っています。四季折々の景観が楽しめ、現在は紅葉がとても綺麗です。

東京各所へのアクセス良好。長期滞在の方は自転車の駐輪が可能す。

部屋・料金（選択肢）
- 外にある部屋：月額 50,000円
- 室内のメインの部屋：月額 50,000円
- オプション：隣の小さい部屋を一緒に借りる場合、メインの部屋は 60,000円／月（2部屋をまとめて利用する設定）。
- 別の料金設定：隣の小さい部屋が 30,000円／月 で別に貸し出されている場合、メインの部屋は 40,000円／月 となります。
（要するに、小さい部屋は単独で借りるか、オプションで一緒に借りるかによってメイン部屋の料金が変わります。）

光熱費・短期滞在
- 光熱費（電気・ガス・水道・インターネット）：月ごとに割り勘（通常 7,000〜10,000円／月）
- 短期滞在（ショートステイ）：1名 1泊 3,000円 ＋ 追加1名ごとに 1,000円／泊
- 短期滞在は インターネットと光熱費込み。

注意点
-家には猫がいます。動物アレルギーの方はご注意ください。動物好きの方は歓迎します。

A private room is available in a traditional Japanese house located in Nakano. The house features a pleasant garden for barbecue gatherings in fine weather and a generous plum tree — we make homemade umeshu from the harvest. Every season is beautiful here; currently the momiji (autumn maples) are stunning.

Location & access
- Araiyakushi-mae: 8 min
- Ochiai: 10 min
- Higashi-Nakano: 15 min
- Nakano Station: 18 min
- Very convenient for getting around Tokyo. A bicycle can be parked for long-term stays.

- Outside room: ¥50,000 / month
- Main inside room: ¥50,000 / month
- Option: if you take the small adjacent room as well, the main inside room becomes ¥60,000 / month (combined configuration).
- Alternative: if the small adjacent room is rented separately at ¥30,000 / month, the main inside room price drops to ¥40,000 / month.
(Summary: multiple combinations available — the small adjacent room can be rented independently or together; prices adjust depending on the choice.)

Utilities & short stays
- Monthly utilities (electricity, gas, water, internet): shared, typically ¥7,000–¥10,000 / month
- Short-term stays: ¥3,000 / night for 1 person + ¥1,000 / night per additional person
For short stays, internet and utilities are included.

There is a cat living in the house — great for animal lovers. Please consider this if you have allergies.
